Sonika Maharwal
Ms. Sonika has nurtured over 10,000 students in the past 12 years of being an educationist and early childhood specialist. Trained in Neuro level programming and Early Childhood, alumni of IMT Ghaziabad, she has a strong command of developmentally appropriate academics and focusses on overall development. She has been Awarded as the educationist of the year 2023, She has conducted various National and International workshops for educators and parents over these years.
With her passion to provide a holistic and conducive environment to kids, Building Brains got incorporated with the sole focus on experiential learning and building strong personalities. At Building Brains each child is encouraged to be the best version of himself. Ms. Maharwal is a trained parenting coach who masters the psychology of toddlers, mid schoolers and teens. Her understanding of behaviour helps parents to maniveor across the journey of child’s development.

Is The Founding Director And The Managing Director Of Educational Catalysts India Pvt. Ltd. She Has Done Her Management Studies From Indian Institute Of Management, Kolkatta. She Is Trained In “total Quality Control In School Management” By The Confederation Of Indian Industries. She Is Also A Member Of Naeyc (National Association For The Education Of Young Children) Usa. Her Scientifically Designed Proprietary Curriculum "Catalyst Advantage Curricula" For The Children Of Age Group 15 Months Onwards To 6 Years Is Being Successfully Implemented In Google, Ibm And Genpact.

With over 35 years of experience in the field of education, Mrs. Gupta has a deep understanding of curriculum and methodologies. Being a certified ISO auditor, she specialises in quality training of teachers and culturally specific curriculum. She believes in stress free academics through innovative teaching techniques.
